Welcome to CAT-A-CLYSM, developed by CGI Kite (“we,” “us,” or “our”).
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our mobile game CAT-A-CLYSM (“the Game”).

By downloading, installing, or playing the Game, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Game.

1. Use of the Game

• You are responsible for all activity under your account or device.
  
  

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Game for personal entertainment only. You may not modify, distribute, sell, or reverse engineer any part of the Game.

2. In-app purchases and ads

The Game may contain advertisements and optional in-app purchases.
All purchases are processed by the app store platform (Google Play, App Store, etc.) according to their terms.
We are not responsible for billing, refunds, or purchase issues — please contact the respective store’s support for assistance.

You may see both personalized and non-personalized ads while using the Game. You can opt out of personalized ads in your device settings.

3. User conduct

You agree not to:

• Exploit bugs, hacks, or cheats;
  
  
• Use automated tools or bots to interact with the Game;
  
  
• Upload or share offensive, illegal, or harmful content (if such functionality exists);
  
  
• Interfere with other players or disrupt the Game’s normal operation.
  
  

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Game for users who violate these Terms.

All content in the Game, including graphics, music, logos, and code, is the property of CGI Kite or its licensors.
You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute the Game or any part of it without our written permission.

5. Disclaimer of warranties

We do not guarantee that the Game will be error-free, uninterrupted, or available at all times.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CGI Kite shall not be liable for any damages arising from your use or inability to use the Game, including data loss, device damage, or loss of profits.
